When I entered the field of teaching, I had to face all those challenges which are faced by almost every teacher at the beginning of their career. At one end, I had to prove my capabilities as a teacher while on the other hand, I had to cope up with those limitations which are present in Educational System of Pakistan. As a Pakistani, we all have to face those limitations in our own circumstances, whether you are a teacher, student, administrator or a parent. Initial years of my teaching journey continued with peaks and valleys. I kept working with honesty. Seasons passed one after another. I did not realize how & when people started following me a role model.
One day, I was made Assistant Professor. My eyes got wet and I realized that time has passed so quickly. Moreover, I attended my first convocation as an Assistant Professor. Suddenly, my name was announced & I was given opportunity to give away trophies to all the achievers. The clapping sound & welcoming attitude of my students made me realized that I have conquered their hearts as a mentor.
