Stress is a state of mental burden when a person goes through a difficult situation. As a human being, we all face some kind of stress in our daily life but sometimes the intensity of stress is higher and should be controlled accordingly. First of all, you should analyze what kind of stress you are going through.

Acute Stress (Temporary Stress)

Episodic Stress (Long Term Stress)

Chronic Stress (Permanent Stress)

Post Chronic Stress (Aftershocks, after the end of any Trauma)

Once you realize the intensity and depth of your stress. Then, you can go for its remedy.

1.) ANGER MANAGEMENT:

You should learn to manage your anger in the right way. Instead of taking out your anger on your family, friends and neighbours; keep it inside you as a hidden storm which you can utilize, time to time in order to motivate yourself to compete with your competitors. Apart from working hours, you should divert your mind to different activities to relax yourself.

2.) STAY OPTIMISTIC:

If the cause of your stress is complicated and you know that you have to face it for years and years like unending stress. In that case, you have to stay optimistic by keeping your morale high that one day I will get out of this trouble. Until then, you should try to enjoy little moments of your life in the limited given resources you have.

3.) ENJOY SMALL MOMENTS OF YOUR LIFE:

You should learn the art of enjoying your life in the limited sources that life has given to you. Like enjoying small occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, cooking, following your favorite sports tournament, going to the seaside, having a cup of tea with your like-minded friend or just listening to music or watching an interesting movie. You may take temporary relaxation by doing different activities and keep your mind fresh enough to face the long term struggle of your life ahead in an easier way.

4.) HIBERNATE YOURSELF AWAY FROM THE STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT AND TAKE A BREAK:

You can hibernate yourself away from the stressful environment temporarily by taking a short break from routine life. Cut yourself from the stressful environment during the break time. Plan your break time and explore new paths, meet new people (virtually or physically), make new friends, enjoy your life in a way that makes you comfortable. A time will come, you will have a lot in your bucket list from the new explored world.

On the other hand, people in your previous environment will start missing you. And they may welcome you with open arms once you return. Now, the ball is in your court, whether you want to go back to your older environment or to say goodbye and welcome the opportunities that are coming in your way through the new environment. In both cases, you will find yourself in better condition.

5.) SPIRITUALITY:

Sometimes, people make themselves spiritually strong by connecting to God. Once a person becomes spiritually strong, it automatically increases your faith mentally on your capabilities and enthusiasm. You become more optimistic that luck favors the brave.
