When we are discussing Bosnia and Herzegovina, we cannot live without discussing the legendary city of Mostar as it is famous worldwide due to its history, culture and eye-catching “Stone Bridge” over Neretva River which was built by the Ottoman King “Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent” in 1566.
The bridge was 28metres long and 20metres high. Due to its exceptional qualities, it immediately became a wonder of its time and gained fame all over. Unfortunately, this bridge was destroyed on 3rd November 1993 while facing a deadly war but this historical bridge was built and restored again with grand opening on 23rd July 2004 and this bridge comes under the World Heritage Site of UNESCO in 2005.
There are many other tourist attractions in Mostar like the Minaret of Koskin Mehmed Pasha’s Mosque, Sniper’s Tower and a beautiful park with statue of Bruce Lee.

There are countless restaurants and hotels around this beautiful park. So, as a tourist you don’t need to worry about exploring this beautiful site.
ACCORDING TO THE AUTHOR SANA ALEXANDRA DELIC FROM BOSNIA:
“Food and culture of is the most fascinating thing to explore in any part of the world. When we talk about traditional Bosnian food, it has so much resemblance with Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. Typical Bosnian dishes include the meat of lamb or beef which usually meet with all Halal requirements.
It is slowly cooked till the time the juices are produced from the meat in order to prepare its soup along with the complete meal of meat with different type of vegetables combination.
List of some of the famous Bosnian food include Cevapi, Burek, Begova corva, klepe, Dorma, Tuhfahija, Baklava etc.
Honestly, it is almost impossible to cover art, literature, music, food, tourism, history, culture and traditions of Bosnia and Herzegovina just in single article. It would be just like collecting a drop of water from a deep sea. If you readers would like to know more about Bosnia and Herzegovina than kindly let us know in your comments section.
