TUNNEL MINING MUSEUM AND ITS LEGENDARY STORIES:

Tunnel Mining Museum is an underground museum with a depth of 24 feet and 306 yards long. You can explore a lot of things along with a collection of countless mining objects that shows the history, customs and traditions of centuries about the mining industry; including precious stones, old mine carts and explosives.

The most interesting fact about the Tunnel Mining Museum is that it gives you legendary stories and myths about the past. For Instance, inside the tunnel you will find a preserved long scorpion. According to the famous legend, this scorpion was hidden somewhere inside the cell where prisoners were kept. As prisoners began to die one after another mysteriously, people started saying that there is a mysterious curse in the cell with some supernatural elements. This myth was broken when one of the brave prisoners managed to catch that deadly scorpion. In this way, that legend was over and the scorpion became an important member of the museum.

We also find hints of many other legends related to the museum. At the entrance, you will find a sign that prohibits the access of women inside as it was believed that if any woman enters the mine then the walls may collapse.

It is an ideal place for researchers, adventurers, Gothic script writers, and a perfect location for making a horror or mysterious movie.
